Creative Connections provides two services to help you to step back from everyday pressures, re-connect with what is important, and be resourced for greater personal fulfilment.
Counselling offers the opportunity to express and explore difficult feelings. It can help you clarify what is really going on, piece together a complex situation in a way that makes sense of your life, and enable you to find a creative way forward.
