As a counsellor I work with individuals for short-term counselling or more ongoing therapy.

I am based in a Georgian terraced house in Chester city centre. The counselling room is on the ground floor and has disabled access. I can also see clients in Upton or Saltney in rooms with similar facilities.

The initial appointment is a mutual assessment, to help us both explore how we might usefully work together. If we decide to go ahead, we would then agree to meet for several further sessions and review progress. Within this agreement, you are of course free to conclude the counselling at any time.

Appointments last around 50 minutes and my standard fee is £35 per session. Appointments are available from 12noon to 8pm, Mondays to Thursdays.
