For Counsellors and Health Professionals:

Those who support clients facing difficult situations may wish to encourage personal writing – perhaps in a journal – as a tool in helping them find their way. An increasing body of evidence confirms that writing for therapeutic purposes can be valuable and effective.

In this workshop we will explore writing approaches appropriate to different stages of a challenging personal journey. We will also look at how we can ensure that writing helps, rather than hinders, our clients’ progress – and how we might use it ourselves.

CPD Certificates will be issued.
